Angela recalls having a natural curiosity of Exercise, Health & Nutrition early in childhood. She grew her interests into a wide breadth of knowledge and experience that today encompasses a number of Health-related disciplines and modalities. Throughout her 18 years of Health & Fitness experience, Angela also trained as a Nurse in the E/R, competed as a National-Level Fitness Athlete, & became a Yoga Teacher and Group Exercise Instructor. Angela's unique training and experience allow her to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving set of client-specific requirements and Health-related conditions.
In order to properly integrate new Health & Fitness requirements, Angela increases her training knowledge by keeping up with emerging modalities and adding to the total number of effective exercises she uses to improve training efficiency and Health positive impact for her clients. Angela enjoys presenting new, creative challenges to her clients while ensuring that progress comes at a measured pace and remains solidly rooted in strong Health & Wellness concepts. Angela's training style has also grown to include therapeutic movements and methods more suited to address Health-related needs & conditions. She truly thrives on collaborating and growing with her existing client base and working with new people of all ages, all athletic levels, & in all walks of Health & Life!
Angela's specialties include Postural & Corrective Exercises, Injury & Disease Prevention, & Nutrition Plan Counseling. She also offers Physical Rehabilitation, Myofascial Release, & Flexibility Therapy Sessions. Through her Yoga, Cycling, Foam Rolling, & Bootcamp class instruction, Angela continues to offer support and access to Health & Wellness Solutions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area community!
